Introducing...
The plan here is to include innovative and flat out weird features that no one else has thought of, while recapturing not only the enthusiasm, but also the seriousness of an old school fanzine. I want this to be the fanzine with something to say.
A bit about myself: I'm a college art student with a passion for comics that goes back to a Superboy issue I bought in 1995. I haven't been able to put them down since.

I have five items up now, starting with some unusual links I've chosen, a Comics Timeline (1929-1975), and an archive of memorable Comics Quotes.
There's also an article that my good friend Tim Palmer wrote on comic strip history. If you think you know a thing or two about strips, check this out. If you don't know much about comic strips, definitely check this out.

Kirby On my Mind...
I've been really enjoying my design history class (here at scenic Judson College) and I've been thinking about the teaching format: lots of slides and videos (with a bit of class participation) integrated with the lecture.
I think it's be really fun to do a comics history class like that... and do a section on Jack Kirby's development. From Captain America to Challengers of the Unknown to Fantastic Four to Thor To The Fourth World (incl. New Gods) and from there to The Kirby Portfolio. OOh, the beauty of the Idea. Big Slides o' Kirby.
